Who we are
Specialist in ultra-high-purity fluid management
Headquartered in Villach, 4Tex develops and manufactures components and systems for the contamination-free heating and precise handling of ultra-pure process fluids. Our portfolio covers semiconductor equipment service, UHP fluid products, and engineering and R&D.
At the heart of our development is the proprietary I²R inline heater — the result of ten years of development work, protected by our own patents — 4Tex holds 10 patents in total.
